Welcome to our FTDI (bitbang) software collection.
Below you can find the following software and their dependencies:

libftdi – A library (using libusb) to talk to FTDI‘s
FT232BM, FT245BM and FT2232C type chips including the popular bitbang mode.

.NET bindings for use with Mono can be found here: http://jelmer.vernstok.nl/oss/ftdi-cil/. Thanks to Jelmer Vernooij.

ftdi_eeprom – A tool for creating and uploading the configuration eeprom for the FTDI chip. An example configuration file is included.

The following dependencies are provided:
libusb – Library for talking to USB devices from user-space. Needed by libftdi.

libconfuse – Library for parsing configuration files. Needed by ftdi_eeprom
